Accurate Address & Delivery Acceptance
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout and ensure someone can receive your order. We ship to the exact address entered at checkout.
If delivery is attempted on time to your provided address and the package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, recipient unavailability, or refusal of delivery (not related to verified shipping damage), the order is treated as a customer-caused return. Because U.S. import tariffs/duties and outbound shipping are non-recoverable, we do not issue refunds for customer-caused returns. We can reship to a corrected address once the item is back with us and reshipping costs are paid.
Exceptions: If delivery fails due to our error or carrier fault (lost/misdelivered), or if the item arrives damaged or materially not as described, we will replace or refund as appropriate.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
